Front desk was impossible to get in touch with, and desk staff were unfriendly unless trying to upsell you on the room. Valets were great. Quite a few fees that weren't disclosed up front

The lobby is beautiful and under normal circumstances, its in a great location.

Front desk was rude when I called in the morning and when we checked in. The hot tub was out of service rooms are very small and outdated. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff was absolutely incredible.

The room was not as expected. It was not very clean there were hairs in the bathtub and hair on the sink counter top. The bedding was also not very clean at all there was stains on the duvet cover. Honestly looked like it hadnt been changed in 2 weeks

I message the hotel 2x requesting to have connecting rooms, I booked 3 rooms, I have not received a response from the hotel, when we got there the staff wants us to upgrade and pay $30 each room, he put us in 3 diff.rooms,it took 45 min to checkin
