Negatives: Streets of Chicago are noisy during the night (emergency sirens and etc.) so don't expect silence while sleeping. Sofa-bed was a bit worn down. Breakfast was included in the price, but it lacks variety and taste (except apples and yogurts). Lobby is located in the 6th floor so waiting for elevator at the entrance sometimes can be longer than expected.

Negatives: Hotel is old, and looks dirty. Bed sheets and towels are old and uncountable. Old windows that do not block noise from the streets. Only 1 elevator works so sometimes it took over 15-20 min wait. We had to use the service exit stairs multiple time. Breakfast was disgusting.

Negatives: The price i paid is more expensive then the price on the day I arrived and i still need to pay deposit and has not been credited yet to my credit card

Negatives: Staff should held guests to carry luggage

Negatives: Elevator sucks!!! Theres 2 elevators but the other elevator is out of order most of the time. So inconvenient for the customers who had to wait in line. Breakfast could be improved too. I wish theres more variety.

Negatives: I arrived late and was told “we considered you a no-show so we charged you and sold your room (again) to someone else. WTF? After a long travel day I had to fight for an hour to get them to give me a room. They downgraded me, charged me for all of the nights, and then claimed it was an upgrade. The staff were anything but helpful. The young woman at the desk could care less that they sold my room to someone else

Negatives: Windows were not closed completely (due to deformation), so noise from the street was audible.

Negatives: Lifts old and slow with only one of the two working most days, meaning very long wait times. Cold swimming pool with cloudy water. Room 1412 - right next to plant room and lift so weird clanging metal sounds heard day and night. First 2 nights the king bed had a fitted sheet that didn't fit - only rectified by the cleaner for the last night. Tired old room decor, badly leaking tap in kitchen that covered the kitchen counter with water constantly, also tap to fill toilet also permanently leakes water onto bathroom floor. Left bags for 2 hours with valet guys on lower floor before leaving- gave them a 10 dollar tip on collection and barely received a murmur of a thank you. - if it was the uk people would be on their knees thinking you were a messiah.
