The location, the room size and the River view. Will definitely book again on my next trip. Bed was comfortable. Polite staff.
Negatives:
There is a laundry facility for guests which was really nice to have but it’s always in use by hotel stall for beddings curtains wash cloths rags and blankets. Really hope the facility is indeed for guest use.

Great location! My room was wonderful for just myself and based on the floor I was on it had exceptional views of the river!
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the time it took for the elevator to get to and from the floor I was on (35th). But that is just trying to find something wrong in a great hotel because it was the 35th floor after all!

I didn't like the attitude of one of the front desk managers. I didn't like the fact that the room was cold and we had to ask for a space heater. Then got accused of already having one, like I was lying.
