I enjoyed the scenery and location of the stay. Very clean hotel.
Negatives:
I had a issue with the walk in shower placed in the corner of the bathroom. The door of the shower would be entirely closed yet water was seeping through the door and onto the floor. Who wants to go on a vacation 5hrs away from home and have to deal with a partial flooding bathroom??? Went through a lot of towels for 2 nights to soak up the water on the floor. A handy man did try and fix it the first night, but it did not work whatever he assumed would help. There were ice buckets in the room but no ice to be found on the floor of your stay, walked the entire 5th floor and no one near to get ice.

The location is great and having a valet with private garage is excellent.
Negatives:
The valet fee is steep and the resort fee really has to go. There is no value in the $20 (plus tax!) for me a shoe shine and $12 dry clean credit isnt worthwhile or anything Id use. Also, perhaps its just the room I stayed in but the shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly instead of bowing out it dipped down (it was installed facing the wrong way) and caused the shower curtain to slip constantly.
