Positives: Much better than expected. Big ,beautiful, renovated. perfect location attached to Water Tower place. Awesome spa/pool. Staff is amazing. Special thanks to hotel employees who went above, beyond. Would absolutely stay again fantastic Hotel.

Negatives: The main restaurant was nothing to write home about & insultingly expensive. Steak $70? Then the Room service was absurdly expensive $35 for eggs + $7.50 delivery charge?? +tax + tip. Insulting.

Positives: Excellent location near the mile, as well as good coffee shops (Dollop!) nearby. Comfortable room, excellent view of the lake via the picture window.

Negatives: Only one robe in our room! One of us had to miss out slightly bigger bath towels would have been nice. Minor grips really.
