Wait staff. They treat everyone like some middle America rubber with enough bucks to stay there and who have no idea about service. Maybe thats the market. It isnt me

Service was great! When we checked in their offered options in upgrade immediately and was so happy we took it! The restaurant has the most beautiful view!! Perfect location - near shops and restaurants! Loved the suite/ had its own kitchenette, huge living room and dining room room service was so good too!

Took a red eye into Chicago and got to hotel at 7am well before checkin time. Reception was so welcoming. They gave us a room right away and even upgraded us to a suite. Room was very spacious and had an incredible view of the Chicago skyline. Suite has a full kitchen. Hotel is immaculate. Gym and pool facilities are top notch. Location doesn't get any better (right on the river and near the start for any river tours). We walked everywhere. Walgreens (for supplies) and Ghirardelli (for ice cream and hot chocolate ) right next door. Pricier than other hotels but worth the extra spend. I would 100% definitely stay at trump chicago again.

Suite had king bed and pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed was not very comfortable for me. But the hotel accommodated us by providing us with a cot which was acceptable.
