Positives:
I think it was good value for the money. I had a very spacious room and liked the fact there were two tvs and plenty of room to spread out.
Negatives:
Restaurant was abysmal. I thought it was a full-service restaurant, however it was very cheap bar food. Poor quality and expensive. Fireplace was not working either.

The transition from the vanity room to the bathroom had a nail or screw and my boyfriend and I both stepped on it. The bedside lamp also had a short and wouldn't come on back on after the first night.

I like that the room is very beautiful, the white with the purple, and there was nice kitchen area and doors into the bedroom which were very beautiful My bed was super comfortable.!
Negatives:
A 4-star hotel shouldnt have dirty walls and doors. Every wall I looked at was dirty. elevator had a horrible smell when the air diffuser wasnt on Didnt like check in a/check out times many hotels now allow early in /late out! Which is a great courtesy
