Outside water pipe broke and had no water for several hous. Had to go to work without being able to take a shower. Not a pleasant experience.

The second floor and stairs were literally crumbling away. Both were bring held up with scaffolding jacks and the rebar was exposed. There were cones around but the concert was broken and uneven making it dangerous, especially at night in the low light.
