DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY - all 3 rooms they tried putting us in were dirty. To expect someone to sleep in crusty stuff and hair is TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE!!! After I realized I was missing an item, I advised them and was told it wasn't in the room. LIE

decent view from half the hotel, bad view from the other half. breakfast was worth the free cost but not more beyond that. some food items had a smell to them like this was their third or fourth time being reheated

each floor had a smell to it, no places with in walking distance besides a gas station. very basic but upcharged on room rate because corporations stay there. workout facility is very small and so it the pool

Breakfast was really good, I really liked the fact that I got to breakfast at 9am, we sat six people comfortably and the staff was excellent.

We had a handicap room, the toilet paper holder was broke. Everything else was in fine shape.

The room was comfortable and quiet. We got a good night's rest.
Negatives:
The breakfast was, at best, below average for this type of hotel. The waffles were dry and there was no syrup. The Canadian bacon was dry. The room temperature when we arrived was 68 degrees F. Had to adjust the thermostat. The desk clearly had not been cleaned. The WiFi did not work in the breakfast area. We have stayed here several times in the past and those experiences were very good. I think we may skip the Hyatt next time.

Nice room but that is about it. Below average on all other counts.
Positives:
The staff is amazing! We were here for one month and our needs were met with smiles and a willingness to please. When my car was delayed from a repair shop, the maintenance manager stepped up to help us with rides. A class act at this place!
Negatives:
When I tried to extend my stay, they offered me no discounts after spending not only $ for the stay, but we purchased drinks and food. I also believe they could offer special prices in their food/drink facilities for paying guests.

no cleaning sevice without requesting it. No dishes in the room that had the kitchenette. We had go down to get towels both nights
