Convenient location to Metra, CTA, Northwestern University, and downtown Evanston.
Negatives:
No washers and dryers but, laundromat only a 10 minute walk. If they don't have washers and dryers they should inform them of the close location to a laundromat.

Great place. Excellent price for this visit. Liked it so much, I booked another two nights in May (higher price because of a busier season, but worth it)_.
