My room was on top of the pool, so we heard all the screaming and a big snap every time that doors were closed, but it was during the day. Other than that, the service was awesome!!

It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Things were cold, not looked after. The coffee was so cold, that I was thankful to have a microwave in my room to heat it and the food up. There wasn't even a microwave in the eating area???
Negatives:
We checked in after driving all day, wanting to use the hot tub. We were told that it was out of order. Very disappointing. The tv channels did not work. We were told the hotel had just changed their provider. I do not think they knew how to run it because we did what they told us and the channels were not happening. Very boring in the room. Are door was so hard to open that my husband even had a hard time pushing it to open. The lock was broken & would stick.

Positives:
Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and accomendating.
Negatives:
I didn't get the room I reserved. I reserved a room that had two queen beds with an extra queen room in it. They gave me a room with only two queen beds and charged me the same price. Also, there was no one in the room next to us. The door to that room was opened when we came and remained open until I informed someone at the desk that it was opened and someone left their clothes in there.
