Linen very old & stained. They allow smoking in a few rooms. Rowdiness thru out the night till morning.

NOTHING!!! I requested a bottom floor got to the place said they did not have a bottom floor available! Went to the room it looked as though it had t been cleaned in years. There was mold growing in the corner of the bathroom and the floor had stuff all over like it hadnt been swept. Went down and talked with the attendant and told him that something needed to be done, MAGICALLY he moved us to a room downstairs. Ok so we move into the room checking it out again, not the greatest but whatever. Got my some dressed went to the pool came back n into the room because the water and pool area was FREEZING! My child was frozen. Turned on the heat in the room only to see bugs crawling all over. This place SUCKS and needs to be shut down

Everything was decent besides the fact I ended up paying more than my booking price as well as the phone started ringing around 3 and wouldn't stop, which was very creepy both nights I was there.
I was told this was a smoke-free facility, and if I were to smoke in the room, I would be charged an extra 250.00. Well, the hallways smelt like Marijuana the whole time, and I was questioned by the front desk guy on our way out as to why we were there, and he was serious about it tbh the hotel is not bad for the price but we won't be returning

I had to move after a week because the dog couldn't be left alone in the room. I've been traveling with him for four years and have never been charged or harassed like I was here. I have a feeling I was being discriminated against. I'll never stay at a Super 8 again and I will certainly pass on the experience to family, friends and co-workers. I'm at this location for three months seems like a complete disregard for revenue.

They kept having to fix my card key . I was locked out many times. The room had roaches. loud banging sounds kept me up ,so by the second night it was just too much I left at 7p.m. because I had to get sleep and could not get sleep there. The shower had no hot water. TV was broke so no watching TV.Had to open windows to get some air because ac didnt work.Toilet seat was broken. Everytime I left and came back my stuff was moved around. Will not be back
