It was a place to sleep

Due to recent knee surgery, we requested first floor because I have a restriction on stairs but were told that they were full yet there were no more than 6 cars in the parking lot.
Hotel is dirty and old.

It was pretty clean and was one of a few motels that was pet friendly. Staff was friendly. It wasn't to expensive, was ok for an overnight stop.
Negatives:
This place is in serious need of upgrades. Had a plug that didn't work. The bathroom floor sloped toward the bathtub really bad.

The motel is supposed to be 100% non smoking per the check-in paper. I smelled smoke in the lobby and the hallway. The owner said there were 4 smoking rooms. I pointed out that the paper I just signed said it was 100% non smoking. I reserved a non smoking King. There were none available, had to pay $10 extra for 2 queens.
