The staff was horrible! We had to ask for a different room because my husband, (just survived cancer/ recovering)and I felt very a very uncomfortable vibe in the room from the beginning.She switched rooms and then said we had to leave. No refund! Horrible

Cleanliness I found the trash can was not cleaned and replaced from the previous guest when I enter to the room. It was the room trash can. The bathroom trash was taken away and replaced.

Upon arrival when we checked into our room, the bed was unmade and the room was not ready for a guest. They quickly took care of the issue & moved us to an upgrade of a suite room.
Negatives:
We did have a banging noise coming from a loose gutter on the side of the building. We were informed that they had recently received a wind storm and were aware of the issue. Their breakfast was lacking in choices.

The beds were ok and pillows amazing. Absolutely amazing pillows.

The staff was rude. She actually turned away a family with a service dog. She was also condicending to my son when she caught a wiff of his cigarette. Telling him there's no smoking in a very rude manner.
