Positives: The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: It had NO amenities! NO pool-obvioiusly for a long time, ice machine, kleenex, cups. Breakfast was 6 pieces bread, milk & coffee. shower drain didn't drain in handicap room so, 2in. water standing around toilet. Staff either didn't care or laughed at me.

Negatives: $100 deposit I wasnt made aware of until I got there and still have not received back. They had no breakfast except for waffles no syrup nothing else. The vents in the room were moldy there was dirty washcloth in the shower. The pool tore apart.

Positives: Checking in my room was clean however very cold.
Negatives: There was no decent breakfast. I never had my room cleaned or given fresh towels. The staff was unprofessional no greetings

Negatives: My cousin arrived a day earlier than I did and they wanted her to pay $70 cash to check in early. I arrived the next day and they wanted $15 cash from me and told me both the extra fees was what Priceline charges. Just an FYI

Positives: Not one thing. Poorly ran hotel.
Negatives: Staff, the young lady at the front desk acted annoyed that she was asked to do her job. She was always on her phone. The first 2 rooms she gave me were not cleaned. The 3rd was fairly clean.

Negatives: There was no milk on the breakfast bar and when asked at front desk worker said they had none. Also all there was to eat was a waffle and white toast. Need improvement on selections for breakfast. Pool was closed and was not noted on your website.

Positives: I liked the price and location.
Negatives: The pool was completely shut down and out of order, that was a main reason I selected this hotel. Th room smelled of bad body odor and the sheets were not fresh, found several hair strands all over one of the beds and pillows. The TV cable didnt work

Negatives: DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon check-in, we were notified that the pool was closed. We had no towels. Twice we asked for towels and they were "out". Breakfast was cereal and one waffle iron. The shower rod fell off the wall - it had crazy, high pressure.
