We have stayed here every time we have been in the quad cities which is 2 to 3 times a year. The beds are very comfy the rooms are very clean. And it is close to everything

Our toilet was broke and the front desk guy came up and looked at it and said he fixed it but after he left it wasn't fixed. We had to keep taking the tank cover off the back and manually make it fill up so it could be flushed

Good variety for breakfast. Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Nice area in the breakfast area for the family to sit together and play games. We didnt use pool but seemed nice. I would recommend as a 7 rating.

Pillows were very small, carpet worn and the bathroom door didnt lock. Stair rail was dirty. The couches and pillows in the lobby are dirty and worn. Walls were thin. Hotel needs attention.

The breakfast was subpar. When I went down there wasn't any coffee and it took over 20 minutes for it to arrive. Also, no eggs, or biscuits for the gravy available at first. When the biscuits arrived, they were still cold in the middle. On previous stays I have been pleased with the breakfast offerings

Our car broke down and we accidently pushed a wrong button and chose this hotel, even though we were in the parking lot with a similiar name. We never even stayed there, could not get there. They refused to refund our payment.
