Putting me in an accessibility room thinking I need it because I'm Deaf which is insulting. I do not have a wheelchair. Just deaf ears. Toilet was dirty and hard to flush. No one came to clean the room and give us more clean towels. Also not enough lights, we had to walk somewhat distance to turn the lights on which I don't think is safe. Need to have a light switch by the door.
