I had room 127 which is next to exit and the amount of noise of the door slamming was horrible. The tenants that live there are dirty and loud.

For some unknown reason, the lights were set to turn off after 20 to 30 minutes. Of course, when the lights go off the guest is completely in the dark whether they want to be or not. As a disabled traveler, this is certainly a huge inconvenience which I could only circumvent by leaving the television on all night.
Of course when the lights went out, so too did my ability to charge my phone. This was especially critical because the room phone did not work at all and so I had no way of calling for assistance.
This was all disconcerting, especially since I have used this facility when I travel to see my daughter and her family, as I have been doing now for 4 years. Mr Patel and his staff have always been very accommodating and I would be disappointed not to be able to experience their gracious hospitality.

Not clean, manager said her night staff didn't charge me the right amount. I showed the manager my bank statement that he did charge me the right amount. She charged my card and didn't say anything to me committing fraud. Also the manager refused to refund my money back when I checked out one night early, even though she said she would.
