Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

My toilet was broke snd flooding everywhere. When i called the desk they informed me to come and get a plunger and that maintenance was not there yet. Me and my husband was late for our engagement and we couldnt get ready at all because it was flooded.

The location is OK but ideally you need a vehicle to get anywhere.
Negatives:
The hotel is dated, the furniture in the room was extremely badly damaged. The hotel needs renovating. The front desk took 20mins to check me in because the equipment was slow then couldn't give me an reciept. The desk also isn't manned 24/7. Really wouldn't encourage anyone to stay here it's a sh*t hole.

The bed was full of hair. I checked for bed bugs, found none, however I ended up with a bite on my leg the next day. It took a lot out of me to make it through the night, I wanted to leave immediately! I didnt read the reviews because I never had a bad stay in Nap but please dont stay here guys.
