This is an excellent hotel! I have stayed here before and will definitely do so again. But you cannot use this application to book your room, unless you are 100% sure you will not need to make any changes.
Negatives:
DO NOT use Booking to reserve a room at this hotel. The hotel management don't have access to, or don't know how to access, their Booking account. As a result, if you need to make any change where they need to log on to approve, nothing happens. Booking then advises you to contact the hotel. When you do, they will tell you what I wrote above - they don't know how to do it, you should call Booking. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Booking - I was on hold why they called the hotel - and they couldn't work it out. The person from the help line at Booking advised me to leave a bad review here, which I am doing now. If I were Booking, I would just remove the hotel from the system, which would probably get everyone's attention. This can't be hard to fix. But in lieu of that, I have to leave this bad review for a hotel I actually like a lot. Again - it's a great hotel which I like very much. But you can't use this application to book with them, because they don't know how Booking works.

I didnt get breakfast at Aloft chicago o hare because if I had to pay I'd rather go get breakfast from an actual restaurant.

I feel like, as a 3 star hotel you should have more things included in your prices! like breakfast and parking! the fact that the parking garage this location uses is 15.00 but you guys charge 23.00 per night is insane ! The staff was accommodating and answered all asked questions so thumbs up to them. My room, room 504 had an issue with the toilet and my sister had to fix it TWICE! Hopefully maintenance actually fixed it like the staff said so its nobody else's issue, but my goodness this hotel was something.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary.

My only complaint is that after checkout I checked my bank account to see if they charged me. Well they did and it was $40 more than what was agreed upon. Ive called and emailed the hotel two times today and still waiting for some kind of response.
