The staff were the best part of the hotel. So sweet and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I am disabled and used a scooter. I did not have to lift a finger. The food is AMAZING, especially at the bar. It is a lowkey hotel that has a Denny's next door and other affordable good options. I never had to leave the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations, & I would stay there again. The convention center in Rosemont is right across the street. I want to check out some events in the future.
Negatives:
If I had to pick one thing that I did not like, it would be that there were not microwaves in the rooms. So, I had to go to the main level and use the public ones.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE & WOULD STAY...
Positives:
It was close to the Fashion Outlets, which was the purpose of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the elevators were fast.
Negatives:
The hotel was outdated and the room didn’t even have a microwave in it. The front desk clerk was very rude and made me feel like a second-class citizen because I used Booking.com. I requested a room with the view on the second floor or third floor and they gave me the eighth floor with a view of the roof, which was opposite of what I asked for. The clerk said that when you use Booking.com, they give you the worst rooms. I didn’t know that so I probably won’t be using Booking.com again. Also, you have to pay for parking and the parking lot was very small. I was aware of the parking fee but just think it’s kind of ridiculous for a suburban hotel. The pool was cold.
