Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The space is roomy with two separate bedrooms and a living space and kitchen area.
Negatives:
It’s outdated and a bit dingy. The beds were also hard and a bit uncomfortable. It would be nice to have more than just one trash can especially an additional one for the bathroom. There were one bar soap (bath) but no hand soap. The towels are worn, thin and not soft at all. The carpet need a good shampooing because it’s dirty and turned my feet black from walking barefoot on it.

Nothing really aside from being 3 miles from where we were going that morning.
Negatives:
It was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, the shower tub was broken, the drain plug apparatus was smashed out and set to the side like it was supposed to be that way. The towels had long black hair in them. It just didn’t give the appearance of clean. The “breakfast” was a couple random granola bars and terrible coffee. The pictures made it look decent, I need to have an exam after thinking it would be a decent place to spend 6-7 hours sleeping. Also I checked in at like 4am and asked for a late check out and they said 25$ an hour.. pay full price for a nap and you can’t hook up the extra hour for free, so there is your customer service.

Place stunk like weed, room smelled like fast food fries. Rooms where dirty, floor felt sticky. Food and garbage laying in hallway and outside of entry door. Tried to double charge me, Said they didn't have record of payment until I showed them my online receipts, then eveyrthing was fine

Everything in this location is close by that’s why I have been using this location when I travel to elgin for I’ve 10 years
Negatives:
I’ve been coming to this location for years but I feel like after Covid and different name changes the quality of these suites has gone down, doors not closing correctly, broken door knobs, no daily room service like before. I think things need to go back they way there where.
