Exceptional
Positives:
The staff were extremely friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast offered many choices. It was good for continental, and the staff stayed on top of filling things back up. Coffee was great! I loved that I could bring my little dog too. There are a couple of nice big areas to walk dogs on either side of the property. BYOBags for cleanup. The room was large, which I appreciated since it was a gathering location for a delayed Christmas. It had a bed, sofa bed and a chair or two but it worked. Very spacious.
Negatives:
The pillows were not the best. They appear to be puffy and fluffy, but they turn flat upon laying your head down. This made it an uncomfortable sleep. The heaters in the pool area were down, so they put a few space heaters around to try to keep us warm, which raised a little concern with all the cords and being plugged in. However, my kids swam anyway. I would rather see a closed pool area than space heaters. That's my opinion. They did come in to freshen up the room after a couple of days with the do not disturb sign on. I assume that's somewhere in the fine print. Which turned out to be nice because we never located any dumpsters to take out our own garbage. We stayed 3 nights. My likes definitely outweigh the dislikes. I would recommend this property to anyone who travels with their animals.

The staff was very unhelpful for any of my requests it was a problem. A problem for extra coffee for my room coffee maker a problem for extra towels. I was even told I couldn't have regular towels I could only have pool towels until the morning. I was told I couldn't switch rooms because I booked a room with a pull out couch and they gave me one with a Jacuzzi instead. Very disappointed with the male staff members only female workers were nice and helpful. I will not be staying there again

It was quiet, even on the weekend, I heard minimal noise.The beds were very comfy, and everything was tidy.
Breakfast was basic, with many options to start my day.
Staff was polite and informative.
Negatives:
The staff did very well, but they did struggle with keeping the small breakfast area clean and refilled. I know the facility is understaffed, and there was still plenty of options to choose from, food wise, and not all patrons are courteous enough to pick up after themselves.
