This is a horrible place, I should be getting refund. The bugs fell on my son's bed in the middle of the night, we called the front desk and were not sure for any other room. We were also so tired that didnt have courage to change rooms and their was lot of noise in corridor throughout night. I and my son were alone so didnt feel comfortable going out and change the room where you can hear lot of people in corridor mostly drunk. I had asked hotel to give me refund for this horrible experience but told have to go through the booking site.

This visit was the worst stay I’ve had at The Hampton Inn. Parking lot was as dirty. Trash in bushes & a long sidewalks. Hotel lobby wasn’t the cleanest. Hallway carpets looked soiled & unkempt. My room was below average. The room’s smoke alarm sounded for no reason leaving a permanent flashing light. This caused me to lose sleep & feel tired the entire following day. This is certainly not the Hilton Standard. I’m very disappointed.

The rooms and hall smelled very strong of some type room deodorizer. The smell irrigated my throat and nose. Lots of college students stay at hotel, I believe the deodorizer was used to hide smoking and am very sensitive to smoke. The lobby had some materials stacked on the wall.
The most unusual Hampton Inn I ever stayed in. I would never stay there again. I left sick. The staff was very kind in trying to find a room without that strong smell.
