This hotel was horrible! There was no working smoke detector, the cover was off only wires showing. Finger nail clippings in the bath tub. Fingerprints all over microwave, Fan in the bathroom did not work. 2 lights did not work. This room was not clean !

Staff was very prompt and concerned about our issues with the room.
Negatives:
1. Animal urine stain on the comforter. 2. Terrible smell when you used the AC/Heat. 3. TV almost too dark to. Watch anb could not be fixed.

The renovations are complete and it looks great. The bed is nice and firm. The TV could be a little bigger and bit brighter, but thats a minimal issue.

It would be nice to have the bed sheets changed after a couple of days. I stayed 4 days and they werent changed even once.

one problem after another, room door didnt lock, moved to another room, no hot water, jacuzzi worked for 15 minutes, not again, water wasnt hot so couldnt even enjoy it for 15 minutes. language barrier served for poor customer services and open and helpful conversation. Staff seemed inconvenienced at our complaints. checked in about 4 pm checked out at 10 pm

Nightmarish! in all my travels never experienced anything like it!

There was one younger guy and an older gentleman working that were both really nice.
Negatives:
The lady at check-in was very short with me and my girlfriend and not very friendly at all. Got to our original room and the door didn't lock. Came down to get it switched and told the guy at front desk the situation and he just switched us but didn't seem to do anything about the room he now knew didn't latch. Either room was "clean," but I could imagine someone with a very high standard to be upset. Beds were made poorly and amenities were not great. Overall it was just kind of a pain to even get checked in and me nor my girlfriend ever felt welcomed. Which I would imagine anyone would want on a trip.

Bed was like sleeping on a board. Very hard. Toilet was a long basin but the seat was a regular. So it left a gap.

Positives:
The room was clean, updated, and had good water pressure and hot water that didn't run out. Older hotel, but a great place to stay a night or even more. My 7 year old daughter and I stayed 4 nights. I'd definitely recommend them.

Breakfast isn't a full style breakfast and they don't try to say that it is. It's a nice continental breakfast with waffles too. If you don't mind continental breakfasts, come here. If a larger scale breakfast is a high priority don't come. I like it
