The room was very clean. Breakfast was great, they had made to order omelettes (be sure to have some cash to trip the cook), scrambled eggs, sausage patties and seasoned potatoes in addition to bagels, muffins and make your own waffles.

The front desk clerk got into an argument with one of the cleaning ladies about taking towels from a certain cabinet. It became pretty loud and went on for several minutes, all within earshot of the guests in the lobby and those having breakfast

The location of the hotel was great. The front desk personnel was also extremely helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was a little sketch. There were no eggs, sausage, gravy, or meat on the buffet. The gentleman doing the omelettes was not doing a very good job of keeping up or being friendly. It was not that busy either!

Hotel was conveniently located and the staff was more than accommodating for our group of rowdy football players. They were kind and patient with us and really helpful.

The breakfast area is way too small. Youre standing on top of each other and those seated to get food. Our fridge had the previous guests food in it and there was a mystery brown streak across from the toilet on the wall. The side door is broken open.

The room was dirty. I wiped up water from a spilt water and the towel was black. The bathroom had unfinished and poorly finished trim and caulking. The shower had soap scum. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The hall had unfinished walls. There was enough dust on table near the elevator that you could write your name. . There was a vase of very dead flowers on said table. The breakfast bar had dark brown bananas, peffy apples and dried out oranges. The orange juice was watered down and tasted horrible. A lot needs to change

The breakfast was really good! They made fresh omelets and hash browns. The room was nice and spacious. Easy to check in and staff was very friendly and welcoming.

They advertised a sauna but it didnt work completely. Our room wasnt really that clean when we checked in. For example the kitchenette area was kind of dirty. But the fridge was clean and the bathroom.

I was staying there due to the loss of my twin sister and found staff to be be very helpful and compassionate.
Positives:
Location was just off the highway and in a safe location. Room was comfortable and fairly clean.
Negatives:
There were spills on the floor in breakfast area not taken care of. The silverware was placed in holders so everyone touched the part that goes in your mouth. Please dont do that!!! The scrambled eggs were old but the gentleman making omelets was very helpful. Thank you!!!
