I didn't like the pool was closed after she said it was opened lady at the front desk told us the matnince man would be in to fix it so we took the chance the next morning when we came dow. She said oh well hes not coming in today he has the day off she didn't know anything rooms were not very clean they need to focus more on cleaning then talking

The room smelled bad and there was no hot water for the shower (broken faucet). When we moved to a 3nd room, the smell was worse. We moved out.

The pictures online make it look a lot nicer than it is...pretty sure people live there..my charging block hung out of the outlet while charging my phone..our room door didnt feel secure..the microwave didnt work..I've never pulled up to a hotel with windows wide open..as a mom with 2 teen girls with me...we did not feel safe..we left not long after checking in and went to another hotel.

No staff in the morning only staff on kiosk also I felt bad how the staff on kiosk treated the lady by not changing her room or give her money back plus she left her hotel key by accident in the room while her kid was still sleeping and had the police get her into her room . I didn't like I had to ask the cleaning lady to let me into the fitness room and wish my hotel key could of opened it for me

The staff was nice, It was clean, the breakfast was good, and a great location.
Negatives:
The spa tub jets were broke but we didn’t know that when booking,we had no towels and didn’t realize until one got in the shower, so had to walk down and get, the metal bed frame had pointed leaves on it that looked nice but I somehow jabbed my arm with in my sleep, and the worst was while I was dressing and literally just put my shirt on over me, expecting my husband to walk in from getting coffee, I heard a knock an someone to start to walk in and it was the maid!! She said it showed I checked out, this was at 9 am and checkout was 11. I was so upset I just checked out then. I asked the manager to refund a partial amount that this was just unacceptable and she states the GM would call me very shortly when she came in so no call yet, but we will see.
