The general manager Tamara canceled out reservations the very same day because my it was my daughters 10th birthday! Very rude and unprofessional she also called the police on us when we asked her for her mangers information. Horrible service

The furnace was pretty loud and not enough seating to eat breakfast. We met a few employees in the hall and elevators this morning(03/10/2024) and they looked very unfriendly. No smiles just looked like they didn't want to be there.
