The shower was disgusting. I didn't reauntil I was in it that it had dirty water stains and someone else's hair all over it.

I loved the location. I had a week of work I had to do in Evansville and this location was just close enough that it was an easy commute into town and just far enough away that there were no issues with people hanging around in the parking lot.

The beds are way too firm. This is my only complaint. I sleep on memory foam at home and these beds felt like I was sleeping on a wooden plank.

Yes was false advertising. Online said they had a game room. Which they didn't. It was my birthday and my husband was treating me like weekend for my birthday. We went with this one because said had a game room which was a lie. Was very disappointed.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

1st we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. There was no elevator. the hole 2nd floor the a/c was turned off, our room was at least 90 degrees. Then woke up the next morning with 2 bites either spider or bed bugs. WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

I've been waiting for weeks now to be refunded but this place has give me the run around I work hard everyday for what little money I make I barely make ends meet this is absurd that y'all still have not refunded my money back to me when I canceled ahead of time because I did not need the second night I have a family to take care of and I have called you guys several times but the manager Dre or Drake whatever his name always happens to be nowhere found and the receptionist definitely did not try to offer any solutions to my problem as in offering to call the manager for me when I had been told by the previous receptionist that my refund would be under the register that afternoon but it wasn't I feel like you guys do not want to give me my refund. It's a lazy and lousy way of being a thief really. At least at least where I come from doing something like that is definitely stealing in My eyes your management is poor trained and definitely need to understand that you have a job title to uphold but it's definitely not being met I'm very disappointed and disgusted I would like my refund even if it's $5 because that's $5 that I worked my tail off for I don't get to keep hard workers hard-earned money and just ignore the problem because I'm a problem that won't give up even if it's for just little 5old dollars. I have a family that depends on me so if I could please get my refund it's been long enough this is ridiculous

It was filthy. For $80-$90 I dont expect an incredible hotel but I expect it to be clean. I had them show me two rooms and both were so gross I ended up just leaving and going to a Hilton for the night. The bed sheets were actually going yellow. There was white crusty drizzle on the bed skirt and a stain on the picture above the bed. I even lifted the blankets and sheets and there were definitely stains. It smelled disgusting, like someone had smoked in it plus other gross things. couldnt even open a window because the screen had a hole in it. They had me sign something when I got there saying they were responsible if my stuff was stolen from my car which I figure a hotel ISNT responsible for that Ive just never had a hotel make me sign a contract about it. I want my
money back. I dont mind a simple room, I dont even care if things are broken, but how hard is it to clean and get new bed sheets once in a while.
