Negatives: There was stains on sheets and black hair on the bed and the water on sink kept trickling

Negatives: The breakfast was not great. The only warm options were toast, bagels, and waffles. I am gluten intolerant and was hoping there would be something warm I could eat. I ate the Cheerios with warm milk.

Negatives: It was not clean at all

Negatives: Unclean sheets, broken TV, clogged shower drain, dust on toilet cover, no blanket, marginal breakfast selection, no drinking cups, no wash cloth, sour milk for breakfast

Negatives: The elevator was malfunctioning, we were placed in a room in nearly the end of the building with a toddler. The toilet made a “screaming” sound and scared our child. The beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable.

Negatives: Room is a bit dated.

Negatives: My mom is up top, and I should be able to get my money back because those were some extenuating circumstances I live once a month income and it's unfair that I had to lose $---because they didn't want to help my brother

Negatives: There was stains on almost everything from the sheets to the towels. Yes, we checked in late but there’s no way the afternoon staff should’ve left the sheets the way they were. The blanket for the bed was about the thickness of 3 sheets and when we asked for another blanket they said they had no more. They apologized for the sheets I took to the front because they saw the stains and we had to remake the bed ourselves which I don’t mind I just believe the sheets shouldn’t have been that way in the first place. The air in this place is also dry so I recommend bringing a humidifier. This is a good place if you just need a place to stay for the night not multiple nights . The breakfast consist of juices, coffee, 2 cereals, bagels, and if you want to make waffles that’s about it.

Negatives: There were four things that I think could have been better: (1) The lobby was under construction and it was a bit of a mess, (2) the hotel was probably as close to sold out as the place could be, and the walls were paper thin. A 3 AM party woke me up, (3) The beds came equipped with 2 small pillows a piece. Think throw pillow size or smaller. (4) The price. I paid $150+ per night for a hotel that should be no more than $80. I understand supply and demand in relation to when I stayed here, but if you book for more than $80/night, do not expect it to be better than that.
