Room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not great. The only warm options were toast, bagels, and waffles. I am gluten intolerant and was hoping there would be something warm I could eat. I ate the Cheerios with warm milk.

I didn't like anything because of the time that my brother got ready to check in I understand that you need a deposit but it was going to be below zero and they just left him out on the street and so now he's in the hospital and I can't even get my money

My mom is up top, and I should be able to get my money back because those were some extenuating circumstances I live once a month income and it's unfair that I had to lose $---because they didn't want to help my brother

Yes...gave us a 1 BR when we booked a two BR. Hade to plead for a new room. Room smelled awful and toilet seat was not attached to the toilet.

EVERYTHING! Gave us room with someone sleeping in it. Then gave us room at OTHER end of place with no toilet paper and only 2 towels. Staff had NO Personality AT ALL. Breakfast ended before we got anything other than coffee on a Saturday morning after we checked in VERY late. This was absolutely the WORST "hotel" I've ever stayed in and would like a FULL refund!

There were hairs on the bathroom floor, dust on the door Handel, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, half the lights in the room were out, the other half were unplugged, and the hot breakfast was literally just waffles.
