I don’t see how you charge for parking when your lot isn’t big enough to park comfortably up front you have to park in the back without good lighting and your lot needs to be repaved

We went swimming two nights and the one night there were not any towels available. Alot of towels were all over the pool deck.

It is always very clean and breakfast is good especially the GRITS!!! :) The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is close to my destination for business which was my first reason for choosing this hotel and this location. after staying a couple of times, I choose this hotel all the time now for business in Indianapolis!
Negatives:
I don't like that all the rooms are adjoining- this doesn't always give me the level of security I would like while traveling alone. Nothing has happened that would make me fearful to stay at the hotel I just don't like the adjoining rooms!!! Maybe you should consider having a few rooms that are NOT adjoining even if it's only on the first floor!

The staff was nice and helped us quickly resolve and issue of being charged twice for the stay.
Negatives:
Toilet wasn’t cleaned and the room wasn’t well cleaned, fitted sheet kept falling off the mattress and the AC quit running.
