The lady at night tried to tell me she was going to charge me for towels...then I left my key in the room and she tried to tell me the hotel only had two keys and she was going to charge me for that as well...

I've been to other Quality Inns that weren't so nice, but this redeemed my experience with them. The room was big and clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Hot breakfast. Even had a towel animal on the bed. Quiet. Location felt safe. No sketchy people

Carpet had some stains. Couch in my room had some stains. Bed was a bit firm for my taste. Had the classic musty motel room smell that I forgot was there pretty quickly. I expect all of those things when I pay$---for a night.

I requested a hotel that provided airport shuttle service and this one came up. Uber cost me $34.60 + $10 tip. I would have stayed at a more expensive hotel if I had known that this one did not provide shuttle service. Also, bathroom had many flaws!!!!

Required a cash deposit even though I paid online by credit card and no ATM.. had no breakfast even though it was advertised they did. Room was old and musty smelled like mold. Carpet was wet. Refrig was broken and then had to wait for deposit return

Everything else. Filthy is an understatement. Didn't even want to sleep on the bed. Fridge didn't work, ac didn't work, bathroom door is falling apart, stains on chair and disgusting building. Mold and baseboard on ground. The list goes on. I'd never stay again and think I deserve a redund!
