Absolutely nothing. I was arrived and informed that they had overbooked the hotel and did not have a room for me and sent me across the street to a completely different hotel that I didnt even want to stay in.
Negatives:
Hotel was overbooked, and upon arrival, I was told that there were no rooms for me to stay in even though I had already paid in advance. The hotel did not want to issue me a refund and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with the company in order for the refund to eventually be issued which I still have to wait 12 days to receive.
