Not being informed that there was no water for showers. When asked if they would be fixed, the desk said we don't know. We asked for a refund, and they said we would have to talk with booking.com. We have only been promised around $40 of the $269 we paid for 2 nights from booking.com. Extremely disappointed. We moved to a hotel across the road and had plenty of hot water for showers.
