The other guests arriving at 3 am and being so loud that I could hear them through the walls. Slamming doors in the middle of the night. Very hard bed that seemed to be a full size bed but should have been a queen size.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a worship team conference with 13 people. There were multiple places to sit and chat with our group. Facilities are bright and clean and modern. Located near lots of restaurants. Thankfully there were also microwave pizzas to purchase at the front desk for those who didn't feel up to heading out because it was snowing.
