very dated-parking lot filled with pot holes, damaged pavement. Inside of hotel smelled old, stained carpets, floor falling apart, bathroom toilet and shower dirty and stained. Dust behind night stand. Bugs noted on bed and floor.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were great.
Negatives:
The hotel was in obvious disrepair overall. The plumbing was poor and the sink would not drain in the bathroom. The toilet also wasn't functioning properly. The shower was stained and clearly needed to be replaced.

Ants in the room (800), rude franchise owner, windows bolted shut, gas smell out back, leaking roof, rooms were not clean, breakfast was OK if you like waffles, smoking and drug use goes on here.
