Negatives: The bed was hard, the window had a huge crack and had tape on it, the sheets were dirty, the washer & dryer didn’t work, pool was down. Breakfast was gone before 8pm. Apple juice & orange juice dispenser didn’t work. Smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and weed. Oh a let me not forget it was LOUD energy single night!

Negatives: Flithy blood on floor mold on ceiling mold on breakfast juice machine was told out of toilet paper staff nowhere to be found awful horrible experience window was broken and taped should be shut down

Negatives: The coffee pot didn’t work, the TV didn’t work

Negatives: No pillows, no WI-FI, no pillows, bathroom had no towels or toilet paper. We let the front desk know via phone as no one is at the desk at night and we were just told sorry. No one brought us anything. The bathroom sink was disgusting. Dirt and debris in the sink and toilet. We were there for an hour and had to leave. We paid for an entire different hotel as we could not stay there. I am still working on my refund

Negatives: The Management of this Hotel does not care about its Customers? They do not even reply to messages and Requests from permanent Customers??

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Room offered was not accessible as we had prepaid. Shower unfinished with tools laying around, and no soap in room. Last 2 days no hot breakfast although the breakfast time had not ended. Staff were yelling in hallway very early am.

Negatives: Terrible experience. Booked a double suite off of this site. Called to confirm the reservation, they spent 45 minutes looking for it and told me they didn't have a double suite. Gave me two conjoining rooms. I called the night before my trip, was assured by the manager everything was set and the pool would be working this weekend. I got there, took them an hour to find conjoining rooms and only found some after moving another guest. I had two dogs with me, asked about a pet fee, and the front desk guy said he didn't know how to enter it, so he wasn't going to charge it considering the inconvenience. Then, it took another hour to even get the 2nd room key. I went into the 2nd room key, the bathroom still had dirty soap and towels in it. The TV won't turn on ANY channels. Pool will be closed all weekend. Carpet was coming up in the rooms, coffee makers had no trays for the filter and coffee, no cups-just lids. Breakfast was from 6-9 and wasn't ready until 7am both mornings. Room keys quit working twice. After I left, they attempted to charge my card the pet fee that they had said was complimentary. Absolute disaster, will never use this hotel again. I had two dogs and three kids stuck in hotel rooms that were too small, with no pool-which was the whole reason I got rooms here in the first place. Garbage quality, for way too high prices.

Negatives: The worst hotel I’ve ever been in! Filthy and the staff was clueless. I couldn’t even sleep there.

Negatives: Trash in small piles along the front of the building. Parking lot asphalt overgrown in some areas with weeds. Safety lock on door broken/not functional. Door on the ice maker flapping loose. Hall carpet with stains/worn. In need of paint.
