When we checked in the person at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. When we checked out I them check my bill since I was pre-paid. She had billed me the full amount so I was double paying. I am still waiting for my credit card refund

We didnt have forks in our kitchenette area only spoons The microwave appeared to be going out wasnt working like it should. And the drain in bath tub was missing so my 2 year old could not take a bath
