The location was perfect. The staff was pleasant. It was quiet.
Negatives:
Well the bill wasn't right at first. They were charging me 25 dollars more than what booking.com had quoted. Found out they bill it for incidentals. It was removed. Then three days later I got billed for two bottles of water that were in my room when I arrived. Never had this happen before. I thought they were complimentary. The lady told me I should read the tag on the bottle. I'm not very happy with this.

When I booked I was told I could cancel or change until the day of reservation but when I tried to do so 2 days prior to reservation I was told I had to pay for the night anyway so instead of wasting money on empty room I went ahead and kept it even though the appointment I needed it for was canceled by my doctor.. Bugs in windowsill. Bright light shining right in window even with curtains drawn and semi reefer running outside window all night. Outdated carpet and furniture.

We had 8 huge, fluffy pillows in our room and they were all the same. We don't use huge pillows and couldn't get comfortable. Why couldn't they offer at least one other type of pillow? My husband and I were both having a hard time sleeping.
