The location was great for my stay that week.
Negatives:
Could have been cleaned better. Wasn't bad just noticed the floor. And there weren't any bath towels in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get some

Rather noisy. Seemed to be a number of semi permanent residents living at the hotel who held conversations in the halls. Back door often left open creating a security issue.

Furnishings need updated. Toilet in room and shower water had low pressure. No elevator/easy way to get to the top floor where the smoking rooms were located.
