Sidewalks werenot even scopped 5 hrs after snow stopped. Staff wouldn't help those of us getting stuck why trying to leave for work.

Sufficient room. However it snowed during the night and they did nothing to clear the sidewalks or lot. In fact I had to leave my car and pick it back up after work. Lot was still poorly done. Staff only made excuses instead of apologizing.

The first day of stay, the fire evacuation door was chained shut. The second day of stay, the same door was unchained and usable, but was not locked from outside. Lamp switches in room were inoperable. No additional pillows in suite w/sleeper sofa. Ironing board was broken, would not stand. Automatic front door to lobby was inoperable, had to open and close by hand. Elevator call button was broken, pushed inside of mounting. 2nd floor ice machine was broken and our of service. Could not get a copy of all charges upon checkout.
