WE had to wait almost 2 hours to check in past check in time. It was annoying that rooms were not available.

Positives:
No swimming no bowling no free breakfast huge disappointment no free parking over charged us infact charged twice and charged us for things that they didn't even know what the charge was receptist at nite charged us day receptionist was okay but manager was rude lied and didn't help us couldn't care about our problems with overcharging paid for breakfast should of been free with no swimming bowling like advertised never go there again 42.00 for icky potatoes and pork chops got decaf coffee that we didn't order who drinks decaf not me over easy eggs where not bad experience don't go there unless you want to be ripped off

Food manager needs training on how to treat customers and thought of as being dumb bc we aren't rich but showed them I'm not thought I wasn't going to check My card on overcharging

Our first room had dirty bathroom vents, the fridge did not work, and a dirty towel was found in closet. We were given a new room. Fridge was not plugged in. While moving the cabinet out to plug it in noted lots of trash/dust behind the cabinet. It was a cleanliness issue for me.
