First room our shower handle broke off. The pull out couch mattress was very uncomfortable. One elevator was out of order so took a long time to get to room.

There is not a way to access the stairs from the first-floor level without having a staff member open a door to the outside. This was very challenging with a pet and using the elevator. I would also be careful with the bottles of water in the room. I was charged for using one when I did not. When trying to communicate with their support about the charge there was not much communication from their end. Ended up having to take the charge.

Beautiful facility. Breakfast was good even though it was eggs in a bag.
Negatives:
The place was full and only 2 working elevators. The building was hot and it was hard to cool our room down enough to sleep. Way over priced: the difference between Thursday night and Saturday night prices was $150. That’s ridiculous. They ran out of parking and didn’t validate anywhere. There were 3 desk positions and only one person working. Anytime we walked by there was a line 3 and 4 deep.
