It was a great experience, however I did not realize it until I looked at my invoice after I got home that I was charged $179.20 for the April 4th night (that I cancelled several days ago through booking.com). I have put in a request for the refund of the $179.20, So lets see how long this takes to get fixed. I will gladly submit another survey once this issue gets resolved.

Mattress has "indentations" in it from places where bodies normally lay while sleeping. I think it's time for replacement. Also, the front entryway light into our room was burnt out.

Convenient location and great breakfast...

It was spacious enough for me and my four children.
Negatives:
The fabric on the sofa is almost coming apart it’s so old and used. Had to pay for parking and didn’t know until I checked in. Parking across the street in a parking ramp is not ideal when you have stuff to carry into your hotel room. One of the lights in the room didn’t work. The chair to the desk seems broken, as it leans forward when you sit on it. The indoor pool wasn’t open for use during our stay which one of the things I was looking for when searching for a room for my kids to play. My key card stopped working for some reason and had to get a new one. The food wasn’t very good. The bread that was being served was hard. No microwave in the room to use.

The shower didn't work and when I said something they just said ok. Didn't want to make it right in any way or move us. I had to go with out showering. :(
