Positives:
The in room spa was excellent after the pool and hot tub heater were broken. But I had to pay $70 more for that toom.
Negatives:
We booked a queen room with the thought that we could use the pool and hot tub. That is why I picked this hotel but the heater was broken. After the first night I asked to be put in a room with a spa and was charged $70 more which was extremely high considering I could get that room on booking .com for $117. They should have given it to us considering the heater was broken.

My tv didn't work and when I called the front desk to say something the gentleman was rude. I asked if he could switch me rooms with a TV that worked. He said no, and asked me if I just wanted to leave. I said how can I when I was pretty much stranded there do to there parking lot and the weather. I then had to tell him I thought it was B's to charge me almost $100 for a room and not even have a TV that works. He finally switched me rooms.
Also there parking lot wasn't maintained while it snowed. Got stuck do to them not shovelling or plowed. Actually my tire popped do to trying to get out of there parking lot. There was no ice melt or anything on the road or sidewalks.
I won't be staying here again not worth the frustration or the rudeness of management and cost me more money do to not just the room but a tire also.

Everything was terrible, especially the manager. I didn't catch a name but unsure how they could have someone like that running the place. I would have rather of slept in my truck. I would definitely stay elsewhere if I were you guys
