It served its purpose. Someplace to stay near our destination.

Where do I start? I could hardly get into the building due to excessive snow blocking the path. No washcloths or hand towels in the room. No ice in the ice machine. Limited choices in soda machine. No breakfast! No milk, juice, waffle mix.

The place was not clean our tub was running water the whole time there I asked for towels,wash cloths told none available had one wash cloth and 4 towels for 2 people for 6 days would not recommend to anyone Jody Drew

My first room was clean and quiet with a nice bed

The air conditioner broke in my room at 3am and they moved me to a dirty room with a broken bed and the toilet wouldn't stop running unless you opened the tank to stop it. The next morning the owner was awful and told me he "knew where I was from'

By far the worst hotel experience that Ive ever had. This hotel was extremely run down, the hotel person that checked me in was super creepy. The room was absolutely disgusting and stunk. I left immediately and booked another room in council bluffs

Mildew smell, busted bed, microwave makes loud noise, toilet has be flushed multiple times, low water pressure, they dont clean rooms and have served breakfast in same dirty crockpot for last month. Ive in ice machine is in sheets and unusable.

My room was not cleaned for the hole time i was there 2 days The security bolt on my room for security lock fell off and i addressed it with the hotel personal they never fixed it. no clean towels, bed unmade never will i stay there again! very unhappy
