Negatives:
The heated pool didnt work when I stayed there for that. Hot tub didnt work either. TV would turn on but did not work otherwise. Couch cushions were not clean along with light switches were dirty and sticky.

The thing I did not like about the hotel is a major issue for me and will likely keep me from staying with this chain of hotels. The issue is the height of the bed. I am 5' tall and it was almost impossible for me to get in the bed. Waist high mattress

The only thing I liked was how comfortable the bed was.
Negatives:
I did not like how my Reservation between booking.com and the hotel had issues. I paid the hotel personally in person because they did not want to hassle with them receiving the payment I had already made on booking.com I will be requesting my refund of what I had to pay the 2nd time. It should have been dealt with by the company I already paid and the hotel.

The food was horrible, check-in was horrible casuing me to pay 2 times, and there was a dog barking

It took over 5 minutes for the hot water to become warm enough to even be tolerable in the shower and sink. This was at 5:15 am so maybe too early for the hot water heater??

The bed was so comfy, room was roomy, appeared to be clean & smelled good. We would stay here again. No complaints. They have these pen like flex lights attached to the sconces on sides of bed that was a nice surprise that I haven't seen before.
