Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Positives:
It was clean, employees were nice, and it was around a lot of different restaurants/shopping areas.
Negatives:
The only thing we didn’t like is that the beds were so small. When I booked it, I thought the rooms had queen beds. So, sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Other than that I don’t have any other complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was rude, I didn’t get the rooms I had reserved. I was told I could leave or stay either way I was still going to get charged. I had to sleep on the floor as I only got a 1 bed when I specifically reserved a 2 bed.

My reservation confirmation indicates a total $158 tax included. I was charged $194. I mentioned it to the clerk at checkout and he assured me that I would be refunded within 48 hours, it's been 5 days and I have yet to be refunded.

Pet fee listed on line was $15 but was charged $50. Had to change room type to get 2 suites near each other. Could have combined into 1 suites had we known the size. The change resulted in additional charges.

location was great. Facility was clean.

I feel like the price is too high. I feel like they are price gauging because there is an event going on in the city (NASCAR race). I can understand a slight increase. the facility isn't worth $329 per night. I'm sure it is not just this hotel, they all do it. it is ridiculous.
