The staff can barely speak English, the rooms don’t match the pictures, tired to double charge me, the bathroom tiles are cracked, some the lights make an awful noise when you turn them on and take forever to turn on and flicker

I liked the Jacuzzi bath tub, and the location was perfect, had restaurants very close, and shopping.
Negatives:
I didn't expect the whole room to have cement floors, and they were dirty. The room really wasn't I was expecting from a suite. I guess when I booked a suite, I just expected more. The rooms are very small, so with a toddler, hat was hard. And the breakfast wasn't great..

The location was great. The beds pretty good. Other than that we couldn't wait to check out.
Negatives:
Almost everything could have been better. Half the hotel is under construction so it's literally a mess. The swimming area is closed. The elevator is the slowest one I've ever been on. The room TV was the smallest I've ever had before. The shower tub was stained and looked dirty. The room was very dusty due to the construction. The room lighting was terrible. The front doors weren't automatic meaning you had to open them yourself with suitcases wasn't fun. The room keys didn't work after the first day and had to get new ones. I called ahead of time and asked about a shuttle for transportation to the K-St football game and was told yes there is one. There isn't!!! Nothing like finding out 15 hours ahead of time you don't have any way of getting to and from the stadium. I made a poor decision and had to apologize to the family.
